Hi there! I’m Julie, the voice behind Gals Fitness. I’m thrilled to have you here on this journey to better health, fitness and a happier you!
My passion for health and fitness started years ago when I was on my own quest to feel stronger, more energized, and just healthier. But like many, I hit a plateau. I realized that even though I was working out regularly and eating “healthy,” something was missing. I was still feeling bloated, sluggish, and not quite like myself.
That’s when I discovered the power of gut health.
My Journey to Gut Health
After a lot of research, trial and error, and learning from experts, I realized that a happy gut is the foundation of true wellness. I started to understand that the foods I ate, the stress I carried, and even the way I moved my body were all impacting my gut health and my overall well-being.
As soon as I started incorporating gut-friendly foods and workouts that support digestion, I found myself with more energy, a clearer mind, and a healthier body.
And that’s how Gals Fitness was born.
