How to get rid of cellulite in 2 weeks after the festive season
How to get rid of cellulite in 2 weeks after the festive season as a new year resolution.
I have always had problems with cellulite since middle age when I was slender but was never bothered by it. My lifestyle then did not involve wearing swim wear or anything that exposed my thighs or butt. Since I moved to this area where my family occasionally goes to the beach on vacation I am obliged to wear something that exposes my cellulite.
This problem gets worse after a holiday due to the indulging of food when I am with family and friends. In this article I write about how to get rid of cellulite in 2 weeks if you really want to get rid of this problem.
I failed in the past to get the desired results regarding my cellulite problem among other things just because I had set some New Year resolutions. I have not been able to stick to them any way so instead I rather set goals. That’s why I say, for me New Year resolutions really suck! I would rather put in place habits that drive towards those goals and stick to them. Some may prefer to even call them rituals. This way I’ve managed to achieve some astonishing results.
Here are some habits that I would like to share with you on how to get rid of cellulite fast in 2 weeks. The best cellulite burning exercises and diet to keep it at bay this year.
Work Out and Exercise While Having Fun
The most effective cellulite solution is to go on a weight loss program that preserve the skin’s suppleness and reduce fat gradually. Build targeted muscle development which firms and smooths underlying tissue.
I found out that the best cellulite burning exercises that work for me best are cardio and strength training. To maximize fat loss, you’ll need to do 200 minutes of cardio exercise a week and 19 hours of high intensity work outs that burns your calories.

Such aerobic exercises like 30 minute brisk walks are excellent to get some fresh air and sun. Also running burns fat faster whether you’re using a treadmill or the pavement.
You should also try yoga, weight lifting and lower body moves such as squats and lunges. These type of exercises can build your muscles which in turn gives you a nice toned body.

I take this supplement for my overall well being and it helps me to sleep well at night. It also helps to regulate the immune system and is a plus for cardiovascular health.
You can also take up hobbies like dancing, hiking and biking are outdoor sports that you can enjoy as well. The key is to have a workout regime complimented by a diet plan to get rid of cellulite naturally. These two go hand in hand to keep you healthy.
You need to follow this for the rest of your life and make it a habit for a healthy lifestyle. You should do everything in moderation and be gentle to yourself. Whatever exercise that you decide to embark on, make sure you are comfortable and have fun while doing it.
Can our Environment Increase Cellulite?
As you know that during the festive season, we tend to eat too much food and drink alcohol because most of us really indulge when families and friends come together. I am a victim of such indulgence so are many of us. As a result we gain weight in the process.
During this time of the year, we are also exposed to such environments as smoking among other things that add toxins to our bodies. One of the causes of cellulite is toxins. Toxins reduce your skin’s elasticity and also slow down blood flow. Best diets to stop cellulite therefore must have foods with antioxidants since they are the best for cleansing toxins.
Boost Your Immune System
Having a strong immune system is vital to keep infections away. Antioxidants are not only good for your immune system but the rest of your body. One of the best ways to keep your immune system strong is to eat colourful fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants.
You can also get antioxidants from food such as red meat, poultry, beans, Brazilian nuts, tuna, beef, fortified bread, dairy products and other grain products. To get the biggest benefits of antioxidants from some of these foods, eat them raw or lightly steamed. Don’t overcook or boil them.
What To Eat
I’ll be eating most of the foods mentioned above to boost my immune system. I am also going to carry on drinking plenty of water. At least about 8 glasses a day and lots of water rich foods to keep hydrated. I would encourage everyone to have a good breakfast to start off their day on a healthy note. Whenever you want to snack off during the day, eat fruit instead of candy or savoury snacks.
Stir fry vegetables or steam them for better taste and to keep the nutritional value. Include a variety of fruits in your daily diet. You can cook the fruit and eat as dessert instead of cakes and other sweet desserts.
Eat food with lots of fibre that cleanses your digestive system and gives you energy. Add a variety of healthy proteins in your diet like beans, cheese, lean meat and salmon.
Our diet lack omega 3 fatty acids which is an important component in our nutrition. We get this from fish oil and since most of our oceans are polluted, some people have actually stopped eating fish altogether which is ridiculous. Try this fish oil supplement that you can take with full confidence.
