If you’re trying to lose weight and you don’t know where to start, here is my simple 17 exercise hacks that I use to lose 20 pounds gradually.  These are simple exercises to lose weight fast at home.  Repeat these exercises every day to lose at least 20 pounds.

People are different and everyone is at a different stage in their health.  It is important to note that you can lose 20 pounds within a month or 2 months.  It doesn’t matter.  What matters most is to start exercising at your own pace and get results.
